“Paste a valid YouTube video link”
The browser could not recognize the address as a supported YouTube URL. Copy the normal video URL from the address bar or share menu and paste it again. Avoid pasting unrelated page text around the URL.
“We couldn't read this video”
The metadata or media source was unavailable to the server. Check that the video itself is accessible and try again. Changing the output quality will not help when the source cannot be read at all.
Queued for longer than expected
The backend limits concurrent processing so the server does not start too many heavy media jobs at once. A queued job waits for a slot. Keep the page open so the progress poll can continue.
Processing stops during download or merge
Large streams, temporary network issues, source changes, or unavailable combinations can interrupt a job. Retry once with a lower resolution. For MP4, 720p is a good diagnostic choice; for MP3, try 192 kbps.
The download link expired
Generated file links are intentionally temporary. Prepare the file again and save it once the new job completes.
Browser did not start the download automatically
The page attempts to open the final file link when the job completes, but browser policies can sometimes block automatic actions after a long asynchronous process. Use the green Download button that remains visible in the progress panel.
